Wow! How Long Has This taken?
It's been awhile...
I'd love to say that this 5 month lapse was due to an insidious plan of obfuscation created by a giant global conspiracy that reaches all level of government. However, in all fairness, I must admit that it has been solely due to my laziness.
Since the beginning of the year, I've had a wild and wacky roller coaster ride. I've met an incredible woman and have been relieved of any relationship responsibilities by her inexplicable logic (otherwise known as common sense and good taste). I've had to come to grips with the untimely death of Lord Melman. I've begun to acknowledge the fact that I won't have a functioning liver after the year 2010. Finally, I've learned how to deal with asshole engineers from Wisconsin.
Most importantly, over the last several months, I've wondered how messed up I would have to be to make another post on this blog. I'm guessing tonight that we all found out.
I would be remiss if I did not give mad props to Sassy for giving me a copy of her bitchin' mix "tape." I encourage everyone to download Lord, Devil and Him by Joshua James. You will not regret it.
